Amber Hill is an expert in business operations and has over 10 years of experience in managing administrative affairs for leading tech companies and investment firms. Amber is presently the Business Operations Manager for Two Twenty-Two Pictures as well as a Project Manager for Providence Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of the second-largest not-for-profit health system in the U.S. Prior to these roles, she oversaw the administration and operations for the investment team at Madrona Venture Group, a venture capital fund manager with over $1.7 billion in assets under management, and provided executive support at F5, an application service and network management company in Seattle. 

 

 

Mrs. Hill has honed her diverse skill set in the span of these roles, with expertise ranging from project management and coordination to business operations and administration. Mrs. Hill is highly versed in business negotiation, vendor coordination, relationship management, and process implementation. Mrs. Hill has successfully supported the raise of two venture funds of $150 million dollars each in the last five years and has played an integral role in the efficient operation of Two Twenty-Two Pictures as the company continues to grow. Amber lives in University Place, WA, and is married to Stephen Hill, with whom she shares a son and a daughter.
